The participation fees should be paid by bank transfer. The bank information and other detailed information will be given in the letter of acceptance in the notification email sent to the participant by the CLTP Office c/o. UNISEC. All bank charges and commissions are paid by the participants. Payment on site and using credit cards are not allowed. If we cannot confirm such payment by the deadline, your participation will be canceled.
An Invoice will be sent in PDF format by email. As it has a signature and a stamp in full color, you need a high–quality printer to print it out.
To receive an invoice, you need to provide the following information:
If the bank transfer is made by a natural person:
the person’s full name and address.
If the bank transfer is made by a company or an organization:
legal name of the organization, address, name of recipient of the invoice and full address.
※If the bank transfer is made by a natural person, an invoice will not issued to a company or organization.

Valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. It takes time to get a passport and take visas. Please be prepared as soon as you are accepted as a participant of the Program.
