Present Status: Professional Aerospace Engineer.
Field of specialization: Rocket Propulsion Systems.
Present Research Interests: Propulsion Systems, Launch Vehicles, Picosatellites.

Statement of Purpose

ESAI is currently developing the Torogoz Sounding Rocket and it is initiating the development of a cubesat, therefore with this training, I will gain critical knowledge and skills to perfect the design of the satellite that I will share with my colleagues and hope for flawless launch and operations in orbit.

Feedback from CLTP program

The training program exceled in its use of the hepta-sat as a platform to understand cubesat-like hardware, software, mission development and operations. Most importantly, the organization of the program was excellent and the enormous knowledge and talent of our mentors was essential in guiding us through the challenges and pitfalls of developing our own mission.

Vision for the future

I am a fervent believer that having independent access to space represents a real opportunity for my country, El Salvador, to advance into new levels of technological, social and economic development and it is my life's goal to develop space technology to benefit my country. I will use what I have gained in the Training Program to this end.

Message for future CLTP participants

This is a great hands-on introductory course on cubesat-like hardware and software. It presents a great challenge to develop a cansat-like mission in the course of less than two weeks, but the know-how gained, the time shared with the participants and the whole experience in Japan, leaves you with a life changing experience that you will cherish for the rest of your life.
